Elevator quality is interrelated with manufacturing, installation and maintenance quality. Our group attaches great importance to the technical communication and enhancement of each department,
and organizes technical exchange and training meetings for technology, engineering and other related departments every quarter, so as to improve product quality and maintenance quality together.
On March 17, our group organized the first quarter of this year's technical and engineering training meeting, which was attended by relevant persons in charge of R&D department,
engineering department, quality department and staff of installation and maintenance.
The training specially invited the R&D engineers of elevator host to give on-site lectures, made detailed teaching and demonstration on the structure of elevator host, installation operation
and maintenance process, and answered on-site the questions encountered by the installation and maintenance staff in the installation process. Subsequently, Mr. Zhang, the minister
of the engineering department of the Group, made a speech on the service, safety and quality of the installation team, and highlighted the importance of elevator safety, hoping that
the team would standardize the operation, ensure the orderly promotion of the Group's elevator maintenance work, and continuously improve the quality level of elevator
maintenance to ensure the safety of the users on elevators.
After the meeting, the participants entered the Group's production plant site visit, for the installation and maintenance personnel in the actual work of some components
found in the process of the problems, on-site exchanges with the technical staff, and put forward relevant ideas for improvement.
In the past year, the Group has made great progress in the quality of elevator installation and maintenance work. In order to effectively enhance the comprehensive
level of the Group's elevator installation and maintenance work, this year, the Group will further improve the training system, enhance the efficiency of the installation
team, regulate the installation behavior in strict accordance with the relevant provisions, and create a new situation for the Group's elevator installation and maintenance
work while improving the quality of elevator maintenance.
